Our Event Management package is available to ensure a stress free run in to your event as well as the smooth running of your big day that you have spent hours, days, weeks and months to plan.
To help with the planning of your event we will provide you with a comprehensive checklist to ensure that you don’t forget anything as we know how difficult it is sometimes to remember every single detail in planning such a big event and helps to ensure no last minute running around.
With our Event Management Package you will hand over all details of suppliers and details of the Wedding Day plans to us 4 weeks prior to the wedding at which point we will meet to ensure we capture every detail from you. You will also hand over all contracts from suppliers at this point.

We will work with you to create an itinerary to ensure that everyone will be exactly where they need to be at exactly the right times.
We will ensure that all the suppliers have a copy of this itinerary and we will personally contact all the suppliers to ensure that they are happy with the plans that are in place and finalise details as specified in the contracts
We will also liaise with all suppliers with regards to remaining payments and delivery and setup times as well as work as the point of contact from this point forward for your suppliers if they have any questions for you. As well as this we will work alongside the venue to complete their due diligence checks from suppliers, to keep these queries away from you.
We will meet with you at the venue in the run up to the wedding and go on a full walk through of all the hard work you have out in over the course of your wedding planning to confirm all the arrangements, setups and décor
A dedicated on the day coordination team to ensure that all suppliers and your family and friends stick to the itinerary that we have put together as well as being the main point of contact so that you and your family and friends enjoy the event
Ensure that the entrance to your event goes exactly to plan by coordinating all parties involved, i.e. ensuring the venue opens doors at the given times, DJ’s to play the correct songs and that the videographers are in place to capture these moments to enjoy for the rest of your lives
Being the main point of contact to resolve issues and provide solutions where reasonably practicable to ensure the day runs to plan and also ensure that the caterers provide the food and drink at the right times
Ensure that everything and everyone is coordinated on the day ensuring all guests are where they need to be when they need to be there as well as ensuring suppliers are in place, ready and setup by the times that you have specified in your itinerary
We will also ensure that the main items owned by you are collected and delivered to you i.e. guestbook, champagne flutes, cake and wedding gifts
